IMPORTANT REGULATION

Dear Residents,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are writing to inform you of the importance of rules and regulations in our building for those residents, who are on the second floor and above and currently have washing machines in their condominium units.

Effective immediately, all residents who have washing machines in their units are required to remove them without delay. Failure to comply with this directive will result in a fine of $100 per week until the washing machine has been removed from your unit.

We understand that this may inconvenience some residents, but it is essential for the well-being and safety of everyone in the building. We appreciate your understanding and prompt action in this matter.

We kindly ask for your cooperation.
